Music brings people together.
From Sardinia to the Rarotonga, we celebrate the power of music to connect people.
We are pleased to welcome Italian musician and composer LUCIANO CHESSA to Rarotonga.
Luciano will be in residence at Gallery Tavioni & Vananga, 7 to 27 February.
We are holding a music workshop and community concert during his visit.
We look forward to the cultural exchange and sharing.

TE MANA O TE VAKA
September 2022 to February 2023
Te Mana o te Vaka is a project made in partnership between Cook Islands Voyaging Society and Gallery Tavioni and Vananga, funded by Marine Resources from the University of the South Pacific.
The projects purpose is to revitalise and perpetuate traditional indigenous Cook Islands knowledge, through vaka culture. Tavioni Vananga will host the vaka carving and construction phase from Sept to Nov 2022. For more details contact us at gallerytavioni@gmail.com.
